The temperature control heat tracing cable is a flat ribbon cable composed of a conductive polymer composite material (plastic), two parallel metal wires and an insulation sheath. Its characteristics are that the conductive polymer composite material has a temperature coefficient of "PTC" and is connected in parallel with each other. It can automatically adjust the output power according to the temperature change of the passive thermal system and automatically limit the heating temperature.
Temperature control heating cables (self-regulating electric heating cables) are widely used in the heat tracing and insulation of pipelines and storage tanks in petroleum, chemical, steel, electric power and other industrial enterprises to prevent condensation and freeze. The cable is suitable for general, hazardous and corrosive areas.
